A practical, certification-based workshop where you’ll learn to taste, assess, and understand coffee using ACF’s Coffee Appreciation Protocol, an integrated coffee quality framework that celebrates coffee’s journey from farm to cup by incorporating regional values, sensory experiences, and craftsmanship.

Grounded in local experience and community perspectives, ACF Coffee Appreciation Protocol encourages a holistic, bottom-up recognition of coffee quality. ACF Coffee Appreciation Protocol also aims to educate and empower all actors along the coffee value chain from producers and roasters to baristas, café owners, educators, and beyond by making knowledge accessible and appreciation inclusive.
