ASEAN Coffee Roasting Competition ignites the regional coffee stage with two dynamic categories — Professional and Home — bringing together master roasters, passionate enthusiasts, and rising talents from across ASEAN.
From refined expertise to bold creativity, competitors will showcase their craft through unique interpretations of ASEAN coffee, celebrating diversity, innovation, and regional identity in every roast.
Both championships will be conducted under the ACF Coffee Appreciation Protocol (ACAP), a unified judging framework that ensures transparency, consistency, and shared appreciation standards across the ASEAN coffee community.
